The only thing I can say is that the service you offer is excellent, I can't honestly find fault with SPOD Motorcycle Engineering. From the way the workshop is set out to the advice you give, everything is of a very high quality. You get a sense of three guys who really know what they are talking about, with no nonsense. It's also a great help when you run me home after I've dropped the bike off, 10/10

Firstly I was recommended by a biker whom I have only met once. So he thought your service was first class. The service I received mirrored this and I too have recommended you.

As someone who works in Business Development arena. The key areas where I feel you excel are the clear timescales given and more importantly adhered to. Your communication was good but possibly you may need to ask for preferred contact number or method i.e..e. Mobile instead of home, email instead of phone. Pernickety but you did ask.

The cleanliness of the premises and the offer of water or coffee are key to the overall feel of the service. You didn't take for granted that I would help myself. My wife even commented on that you put a cover over my bike straight away......Not easily impressed I should know!

Overall the service and resulting invoice I received both for the MOT and my bikes service I was extremely happy with both.

Thanks again look forward to you looking after my bike again and again.

Thank you for the letter you sent me thanking me for recommending a friend of mine to you, I recommended yourselves because I was very impressed with the the standard of your workshop and the professional way you worked on my bike, I have no trouble what so ever in recommending you to more of my friends, I'd also like to thank you for inviting me to drop in for a coffee, I would love to take you up on this offer but at the moment I am working awkward shifts patterns and weekends, so at the moment It's a bit difficult to find time to, but thanks any way it is a lovely gesture, which reinforces my opinion of you, If I should or any of my friends ever need any work doing I will certainly highly recommend you , So then until we meet again. Good Morning Chippie

I’m impressed by the professionalism of your inspection; this is everything I knew would have to be completed to bring my baby back to life. Unfortunately due to the lack of funds, I am unable to start at this time; maybe I just left it too long and let it degenerate too far. I will be looking to either save up some money to get it sorted or looking into buying a replacement. One thing is for sure you guys were recommended to me from one of your past customer who did not exaggerate when he said you guys were the best.

I will not be looking for anyone else when I want my machine sorted.
